  • Your order will be processed in 1-2 days(except for weekends).

  • Your order will be shipped immediately by Royal Mail or Yodel after your order is processed. It should take 5-15 business days to arrive normally. If you need to ship using other carrier like TNT, FedEx, DHL and UPS, Please email info@ukadaptersonline.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable Customs Fees, and Local Taxes if required.

  • Package transit time normally takes some 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and various customs clearance as well as factors other than Postal Service's control.

  • Paypal eCheck must be cleared before shipping. It takes four business days to clear the eCheck.

  • Wrong Shipping Address: It's buyer's responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fee if the shipped item was returned because the buyer provided the wrong shipping address.

  • All returns must be accompanied with a ukadaptersonline Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email info@ukadaptersonline.com to get an RMA. We will reply within 24 hours
  • Please repack the item and send it to the address we provided in the email.

  • When the customer can expect a refund


  • If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, we will refund immediately within 1-2 working days.
  • If we sent the wrong goods to you, we will refund or resend the correct one within 1-2 working days.
  • If you don't want the item, please return it. We will refund within 1-2 working days after we receivng the returned goods.

  • Exchange policy:

  • It's buyer's responsibility to pay the same amount shipping and handling fee if the buyer wants to exchange their received order item with any new item.
  • Please request an exchange within 30 days after receiving the package.
